The Interrogator is a minor antagonist of the 2010 Cartoon Network animated sci-fi action mecha series Sym-Bionic Titan.
He is one of the members of the Galactic Guardian Group.
He was voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Appearance[]
The Interrogator is a very large and bulky man with rigged and jagged white teeth, he wears red armor and has a pair of goggles.
Summery[]
The Interrogator prominently appears in "The Fortress of Deception," which is (so far) the mid-series finale episode of the series, where his superior Solomon and his men capture Lance and Ilana and take them to G3 Headquarters, a floating station in the upper atmosphere. In order to lull the two into revealing whatever secrets they have, Solomon impersonates a prisoner, "Kane" claiming to have worked at G3. The Interrogator puts Lance in a chair and begins questioning him, and every time he doesn't answer, he's hit brutally. When Lance doesn't speak at all, the man then decides he should beat up "his sister" Ilana, and when that happens, Lance beats up the guards, brutal beats up the Interrogator off-screen and soon escapes and frees Ilana, and the other prisoner, (A.K.A Solomon) and, after escaping with Lance and Ilana, returns their watches to them. However, once fighting breaks out with Titan and G3 (Octus, after exploring an underground G3 facility, discovers Lance and Ilana on the station, then forms Titan), he reveals himself to be Solomon. Solomon, after trapping Titan in a magnetic electroshock field, then begins to ask questions, when Titan uses the field to break through the hull of the ship, tearing it open and escaping. Solomon is revealed to have a superior, a male who appears to be missing his left arm, or it just possessing a mechanical one. At the end of the episode his superior scolds him for disobeying orders: Solomon's orders were to watch Lance and the others, but not to capture them.
Trivia[]
- The Interrogator greatly resembles The Guardian, a character from Samurai Jack (a series that Sym-Bionic Titan is inspired by and takes many pages from), seeing as they are both large men who have large teeth, they both wear colored suits and wear shades, additionally, they are both voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
